Weight Change: Lost all the vacation pounds plus 2 more. Loss is good but the slowness is bad. My own fault.
Excercise: Been walking a lot, still yet to get to 10k a day so I have to finally give in and know that it’s impossible to get to 10k without the gym. This past week has been 3k one day, 5k the next, 6k the next and today was 8k.
Changes: Pants are looser, belt is tighter, next size down I can get on but can’t button yet.
Food: not good. Not horrible, but too much bad stuff when out for the day with Isaac. Must. Change. Now.
Will be starting a cleansing diet soon. Need the jumpstart.
